If you're new here, the About page explains who I am and why this project exists. The Protocol page has the full technical breakdown of the 28-day cycle, dosing, monitoring methodology, and calibration data. Start there if you want context for anything that follows.

Going forward, each cycle gets its own entries. These will include the actual Inito and serum data, observed symptoms mapped to cycle phase, dose adjustments, and my own commentary on what it's like to live through this. I'm not curating a success story. Whatever happens gets written down.

Cycle 1 is a calibration run. The doses are best guesses based on my pre-protocol pharmacokinetic data, and some of that data is messy. Things will get adjusted. That's the point.
